Made‑to‑Order Fulfillment
All items sold by SIC Threads Co are made to order. This means each product is custom printed specifically for you after your order is successfully placed. Producing items on demand allows us to reduce waste and ensure care and attention go into every piece.
Our products are printed, packaged, and shipped by our trusted third‑party fulfillment partner, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Processing & Production Time
Because each item is made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for production prior to shipment. Production includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
Estimated shipping times (after production):
- Domestic (U.S.) orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated as a Flat Rate for you at checkout. We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery whenever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. SIC Threads Co is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
SIC Threads Co is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
