Made‑to‑Order Fulfillment

SIC Threads Co offers made‑to‑order items that are custom printed after an order is successfully placed. All products are printed, packaged, and shipped by our trusted third‑party fulfillment partner located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products, please allow up to 5 business days for production prior to shipment.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before items are sent back.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the made‑to‑order and custom nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
